The CCF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that relies on support from our community through memberships, corporate sponsorships and other donations to keep the Cottagewood Store and community events going year after year. All contributions are tax deductible.
Approximately 50% of homeowners in Cottagewood already support the CCF and enjoy the benefits of membership, including 2 tickets to the annual member party, priority access to events & food trucks, and sleigh rides with Santa. We welcome members from outside of the neighborhood, as well! All new memberships also include one engraved brick for the walkway of the Cottagewood Store.
